Volcano Forest Inn collects only the information needed to confirm your reservation and respond to your inquiries. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone.
What we collect
When you book or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, dates of stay, and any notes you choose to share. Booking payments are processed by our reservation system, TheBookingButton — we never see or store your full card number.
Analytics
This site uses privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. No personal data is collected and no cross-site tracking is done.
Cookies
We don’t set tracking cookies of our own. The TheBookingButton reservation widget may set cookies for the duration of your booking session. Browsers can block these without affecting any other part of the site.
Your rights
